doula, and intuitive guide.

Sara draws on her background in sociology, women’s studies, ministry, life coaching, and metaphysical science to help others reconnect with themselves, find clarity, and move forward with greater confidence and purpose.

Life has a way of asking us to become someone new.
Sometimes that happens by choice. Sometimes it happens through loss, change, uncertainty, awakening, or simply
realizing that the life we have been living no longer quite fits.

Spiritual Sinew was created as a place to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and find strength in the space between where you have been and where you are going.

I offer individualized life coaching, spiritual guidance, and grief and life-transition support for people who are looking for something deeper than another list of things they “should” be doing.

This work is about listening inward, strengthening self-trust, exploring what matters to you, and creating a life that feels more authentically your own.

Spiritual Sinew was created as a place to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and find strength in the space between where you have been and where you are going.

Maybe you are grieving something or someone you loved. Maybe a relationship, career, identity, belief system, or chapter in your life has shifted.

Or maybe nothing is obviously wrong–you simply know you want a deeper relationship with yourself and the spiritual side of your life.

There does not need to be a crisis before you give yourself permission to explore what comes next. Sometimes we simply need a place to untangle things. This is what Spiritual Sinew is meant to be.
