work with me

Sometimes you know exactly what you want to work on.

And sometimes you just know that something feels different.

You may be standing at the beginning of a new chapter, grieving the end of an old one, questioning what you want, reconnecting with your spirituality, learning to trust yourself again, or simply feeling the need for a space where you can talk honestly about what is happening in your life.

You don’t need to arrive at Spiritual Sinew with everything figured out.

That’s part of the work.

Our time together is individualized, conversational, thoughtful and grounded in what you need—not in following a rigid formula.

Life coaching is for the places where you feel stuck, uncertain, disconnected or ready for something more.

Maybe you know what you want but can’t seem to move toward it.

Maybe you’ve spent so much time meeting everyone else’s needs that you’ve lost sight of your own.

Or maybe you’re entering a new season of life and aren’t quite sure who you’re becoming yet.

Together, we can explore things like:

  • Identity and self-discovery
  • Boundaries and relationships
  • Major life changes
  • Personal goals
  • Confidence and self-trust
  • Feeling stuck or overwhelmed
  • Creating a life that feels more aligned with who you are
  • Turning insight into realistic next steps

This isn’t about someone else telling you how to live your life.

It’s about creating enough space to hear yourself again.

I don’t believe spirituality should come with a checklist.

There is no single right way to believe, question, connect, explore or make meaning of your life.

Spiritual guidance offers space to explore your own beliefs, intuition and relationship with the spiritual part of yourself without judgment or pressure to adopt someone else’s worldview.

You may want to explore:

Spiritual identity and beliefs, intuition, metaphysical ideas, meditation, ritual, meaning and purpose, personal spiritual practices, periods of spiritual change, or simply the questions you’ve been carrying around for a long time.

Some people come to this work with a deeply established spiritual practice.

Others come because they’re not sure what they believe anymore.

Both are welcome.

We grieve people.

But we also grieve marriages, relationships, careers, health, homes, roles, dreams, identities, animals we have loved, versions of our lives that ended, and futures we thought we were going to have.

Sometimes the rest of the world moves forward before we are ready.

Sometimes everyone expects us to be “fine.”

And sometimes there simply isn’t an obvious place to talk about what has been lost.

There is room for that here.

Grief and transition work with Spiritual Sinew isn’t about rushing you toward acceptance or trying to turn something painful into a lesson.

It is about giving what happened—and what it meant to you—the space it deserves while helping you discover what comes next.

Life doesn’t divide itself neatly into categories.

A divorce can involve grief, identity, spirituality and rebuilding your future.

A career change may bring excitement, fear, questions about purpose and the loss of a role that once defined you.

A spiritual awakening may change the way you see your relationships, boundaries and future.

You do not have to decide which box your experience belongs in.

We can begin with where you are and allow the work to unfold from there.

I want Spiritual Sinew to feel like a place where you can exhale.

Our sessions are conversational and collaborative.

I may ask questions that invite you to look at something differently, help you recognize patterns, offer practical tools, suggest reflection or journaling exercises, or simply create space for you to say something out loud that you haven’t been able to say anywhere else.

Depending on what we are working on, our sessions may incorporate:

Guided reflection • Goal setting • Values work • Journaling • Grounding • Meditation • Spiritual exploration • Ritual • Accountability • Practical next steps

You will never be expected to use a spiritual practice or tool that doesn’t feel right for you.

If you’ve read this far and you’re still thinking,

“I don’t even know which service I need.”

That’s completely okay.

That’s one of the reasons I offer a complimentary connection call.

We’ll spend about 20 minutes talking about what brought you to Spiritual Sinew, what you’re hoping for, and whether working together feels like the right fit.

There is no obligation to book afterward.

Sometimes knowing where to begin is the first step.
