Complimentary Connection Call

This complimentary call gives us a chance to connect, talk about what has been bringing you here, and explore whether Spiritual Sinew feels like the right fit for you. There is no pressure and no obligation — just a conversation.
Individual Session
60 minutes

A personalized one-on-one session created around where you are right now.
This space can be used to explore life transitions, grief and loss, relationships, personal growth, spirituality, identity, boundaries, feeling stuck, or simply the need for greater clarity and connection.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach. We begin with what feels most important to you and work from there.
The Sinew Session

Sometimes an hour simply does not feel like enough.
The Sinew Session offers additional time to slow down, go deeper, and fully explore what is coming up for you without feeling rushed.
This option can be especially helpful during major transitions, periods of grief, deeper spiritual exploration, or when you simply need more room to process, reflect, and reconnect.
Community Rate Session

I believe meaningful support should feel as accessible as possible.
A limited number of reduced-rate sessions are available for those experiencing financial hardship or circumstances that make the standard session rate difficult.
Availability is limited, but you are always welcome to ask.
Root & Rebuild
4-session package (60 minutes per session)

Sometimes we find ourselves in a season where the old way no longer fits, but the new one has not fully taken shape yet.
Root & Rebuild offers four sessions of consistent support as you move through change, grief, uncertainty, self-discovery, or a new chapter in your life.
Together, we create space to understand what needs to be released, what deserves to be strengthened, and what you want to build moving forward.
Strengthen & Grow
6-session package (60 minutes per session)
$800 (please ask about pay over time option)
Meaningful growth often happens slowly, gently, and over time.
Strengthen & Grow offers six sessions for those who want greater continuity and space to go deeper into personal growth, spirituality, life transitions, grief, self-discovery, or creating lasting change.
This package allows us to work together with more consistency while still moving at a pace that feels natural and supportive to you.
Community Circles (coming soon)

There is something powerful about realizing we are not the only ones carrying what we carry.
Community Circles are small, supportive gatherings centered around connection, reflection, spirituality, grief, personal growth, life transitions, and shared experience.
Each circle will have its own theme and intention, while always creating space for authenticity, compassion, and meaningful conversation.

Spiritual Sinew workshops offer a more interactive way to explore topics related to personal growth, spirituality, grief and loss, self-discovery, life transitions, and reconnecting with yourself.
Workshop topics, length, and pricing may vary depending on the experience being offered.

These services are not medical care, psychotherapy, mental health treatment, or a replacement for services provided by a licensed healthcare or mental health professional.
You do not have to have everything figured out before you begin.
You only have to begin where you are.
